DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Introduction

Sayak AI (“Sayak,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and will respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through Sayak infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by providing the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information (email address required)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact location (URL or description) of the allegedly infringing content
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Submission of Notices

4. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Sayak will:

  • Investigate the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the removed content and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or New Jersey courts, if outside the U.S.)
  • Your electronic or physical signature

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Sayak may terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers.

7. Important Notes

  • Sayak does not actively monitor user-uploaded content
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to uploaded materials
  • Sayak acts as a platform that processes user-provided content using AI
